First off, CYC in Concord is hosting the Junior Greco World Duals this Saturday and Sunday (May 29-30). Admission for kids 18 and younger is FREE!! Also, if you attend Saturday's session, you will have the opportunity to attend a free clinic and learn some greco-roman technique from a USA National and World Team member. Click here for a look at some of the local, state and out-of-state wrestlers competing at the World Duals over the weekend.
Also, next Friday and Saturday (June 4-5), the NUWAY America's Cup National Duals will be held at Cal State Fullerton and Clovis High. This event will feature all-star teams from Michigan, New Jersey, Nevada, and several sectional California teams, who will compete in a dual meet format. The great thing about this event is that it will be available for viewing ONLINE for the cost of a meal!! I CANNOT stress enough the importance of supporting this event and California wrestling!!
